Returns and Exchanges

It's okay to change your mind

We've made our return and exchange process easy and convenient.
You can return your merchandise for a refund or an exchange w/in 30 days from the delivery date.  Note: All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    1.  Email orders@wrapupbyvp.com, Include your order number, specify either a return for a refund or an exchange.
    2. We will process your request and email you a free prepaid shipping label. Ship the return items in it's original condition; new, unused, and with all tags attached.
    3. We will process your return as soon as we receive it. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Note: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
