Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wrap Up by VP piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Full-price items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to return

2. Ship your item to: Wrap Up, 785 E 18th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021.
3. Return shipping is paid by the customer and isn't refundable. We recommend a trackable service.
